Unexpected surprises but cozy stay

Woke up to views of the city skyline and delicious breakfast options daily, with friendly staff always ready to assist us. The pool area was a relaxing haven.

The room had a persistent musty smell, and the sliding door struggled to open. It took two requests to get maintenance out, which was a bit frustrating.

The location is close to town and beaches, making it perfect for exploring. Staff were attentive, and the housekeeping was on point, keeping everything tidy. The pools were well-maintained, a bit chilly but refreshing after a hot day.

We had an awesome group vacation! The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the old town. Our one-bedroom apartment was spacious, clean, and ideal for chilling with friends. Plus, the pool area was well-kept—great for relaxing after a day out.

One downside was the entertainment. it lacked engagement. The team seemed passive, and it would’ve been nice for them to be more proactive in organizing activities.

We stayed in a Premium Studio, and it was really spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy, and I loved having a nice balcony facing the pool to dry our beach stuff. Sound insulation was good too! The bathroom felt recently updated and was excellent. But I wish there was a kitchenette since snacks would’ve been nice after a long day. Overall, I was happy with the room!
